Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states and to Canada. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes payable by the recipient.

Shipping cost and time

• United States: free standard shipping on every order. Orders leave our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and typically arrive 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada: flat-rate shipping shown at checkout; 7 to 14 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for 7 days, contact us and we will investigate or reship.

Address changes

We can change the delivery address only before the order is dispatched. Email support@fitnesshealthme.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcels

See our Refund policy. Parcels marked delivered but not received should be reported within 7 days.
