We want you to be happy with every Fitness Health Me order. If you are not, you are covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.

60-day money-back guarantee

You may return any product within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, whether the container is opened or not. Shipping charges, if any, are not refundable.

How to request a refund

• Email support@fitnesshealthme.com or call (800) 555-0142 with your order number and the reason for the return.
• We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the return address.
• Ship the product back within 14 days of receiving the authorization. We recommend a tracked service; return postage is paid by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Once the return is received, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and products. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping, at no cost to you.

Subscriptions

If a product is purchased on a subscription, you may cancel future shipments at any time by contacting us at least 3 business days before the next billing date. Shipments already processed are covered by the guarantee above.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we resolve almost every issue the same day. Chargebacks filed without contacting us may be contested.
